Update Your Contacts in Bulk from a Spreadsheet

You can now update your existing contacts in bulk by importing a spreadsheet. Export your contacts, edit them however you need, and import them back to apply all your changes in one go. Because each row is matched to the exact contact it belongs to, your updates land on the right records rather than creating duplicates.

This is especially handy for keeping marketing consent up to date: you can now set whether each contact is subscribed to your emails straight from the spreadsheet, and the choice understands everyday values like Yes/No and True/False. Contact exports now include a Subscribed column too, so the full export, edit and re-import round trip works cleanly from start to finish.

V2 API: View, Restore and Permanently Remove Deleted Records

Your connected systems can now work with deleted records through the API. You can choose whether to include deleted records in your results, restore a record that was removed by mistake, or permanently clear one once you’re certain it’s no longer needed — each protected by its own permission, so you stay in control of who can do what. Permanent removal is deliberately a two-step action, so nothing is cleared for good by accident.

Your other tools are also notified the moment a record is restored, keeping everything in step without anyone re-keying it. Together this gives teams building their own integrations far more control over tidying up and recovering data.

Ask the AI Assistant About Deleted Records and Your History

The AI assistant can now include deleted records in its answers and look back through your change history. You can ask what happened to a record or when something changed and get an answer straight away, with any deleted records clearly flagged in the response. As with deleted records elsewhere, this is only available to people whose permissions allow it.

Other Improvements

• Report on costs by supplier and venue — The Costs by Type report can now be filtered by supplier and by venue, so you can focus on exactly the costs that matter — everything from a particular supplier, or everything at a particular space. You can also add optional columns showing each cost’s start and finish times and its venue, giving you a clear, self-contained report you can use in place of a separate spreadsheet.
• Report on notes by venue and event date — The Notes report can now be filtered by venue, and you can choose whether your date range applies to when a note was written or to the date of the event it relates to — so feedback and notes can be reviewed per venue and per event date. A Venue column has been added to the report and all its exports too.
