Sub-processors

Last updated: 22 April 2026

This page lists the service providers (sub-processors) we rely on to deliver the EventWorks application. It is the authoritative list referenced by our application privacy notice and our Data Processing Addendum.

If you are an EventWorks customer and would like to be notified when we add or change a sub-processor, email [email protected] and we will add you to the notification list.

Core sub-processors

These providers are used for every EventWorks customer. They have access to personal data only to the extent necessary to perform the service described.

Integrations you may choose to enable

EventWorks supports optional integrations with the following third-party services. When you connect an integration from your EventWorks account, data flows between EventWorks and that service to fulfil your request. For those data flows you remain the data controller — you have your own relationship with the integrated provider, and we do not act as your processor for data sent to them. Please consult the integrated provider's privacy policy directly.

If you do not enable an integration, no data is shared with it.

International transfers

Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards: the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an applicable adequacy decision.

Changes to this list

We update this page whenever we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor. Customers subscribed to sub-processor notifications receive at least 30 days' advance notice of a new or replacement sub-processor, during which they may object in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
