Events by Month Report
A new report gives you a month-by-month breakdown of your events, making it easy to see seasonal patterns, compare year-on-year performance, and plan ahead for busy periods.
MailChimp Contact Sync
You can now sync your contacts directly from EventWorks to MailChimp, keeping your mailing lists up to date without manual exports. Set it up once and your audiences stay current as contacts are added or updated.
Faster Cost Duplication
Duplicating events with complex cost structures is now much faster. Costs are now processed in parallel using batch jobs, which makes a noticeable difference on events with dozens of cost lines.
Editor & Document Improvements
- Text colour options added to the document editor
- Team selector added to the resource picker for easier filtering
- Resource CSV import now supports the
archived_atfield
Other Improvements
- V2 API: full CRUD endpoints for costs, cost groups, and cost tabs
- Scheduled report emails now include individual unsubscribe links
- Horizon queue system simplified to priority-based processing
- Search fix: ampersand characters no longer break search queries
- Tags can now be set as required fields
- Pipeline summary report fix for accurate HubSpot deal sync values
- Enquiry date now visible on the account venues page
