V2 API Launch
The new V2 API is now available with endpoints for Events, Accounts, Contacts, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Credit Notes. This provides a modern, consistent interface for building integrations and automations with external systems.
PDF Attachments on Scheduled Reports
Scheduled reports can now be sent with a PDF attachment. Recipients no longer need to log in to view the report — it arrives ready to open directly from their email.
Price Per Guest Document Variable
A new price_per_guest variable is available in the document builder. This automatically calculates and displays the per-head cost on quotes and proposals, which is a common requirement for catering and hospitality events.
Other Improvements
- Parent resource now shown in the resource picker for easier selection
- Purchase order invoice status setting added
- Option to hide event name on purchase orders
- Management fee now visible on client invoice tabs
- Description field added to automated tasks
- Option to hide group totals on quotes
