Now in its fifth year, Kick Digital worked with show organisers, Story Events, to manage a bespoke registration and back office platform for this leading London events exhibition. With over 1,000 visitors hooking up with 80 exhibitors and sponsors via our new QR code interface and our fast badge printing system, we were delighted with the feedback received from organisers and exhibitors alike.
Speaking of exhibitors, we also took a stand to present our event management software platforms, EventWorks and EventAccess.
With over 250 active users, EventWorks is fast becoming the software of choice for leading brands looking for an end-to-end system to manage their leads, sales pipeline, event operations and financial reporting in one place.
Launched last year, EventAccess is our new guest and delegate invitation and registration software which is available to event agencies and corporate event organisers looking for a complete platform to manage all aspects of their event attendance.
The new platform is fully GDPR compliant and allow organisers to manage their guest lists in a secure online system that includes bespoke invitation templates, fully integrated emails and tablet-based check-in.
