Live chat support now available

You may have noticed a smiley-faced addition to EventWorks recently.

We’re currently trialling a new live chat and messaging system in EventWorks called Intercom. To use it, simply click on the chat bubble in the bottom-right-hand corner of your display and you’ll be connected to one of the team.

The system also enables us to send messages directly to users about any scheduled maintenance or known issues with EventWorks so we can keep you in the loop.

Initially we’re only rolling this out to users with administrative access however we will be giving you the opportunity to enable this for all users once the trial is complete.
